Returns, Refunds & Personalized Orders

At Habit & Hustle Co., many of our products are created or personalized especially for you. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Personalized & Custom Orders
Because personalized and custom products are made specifically for each customer, all personalized sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

Custom Planner Proofs
Personalized planner customers will receive a digital proof for approval before final production. Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, wording, layouts, and personalization.

Once you approve your final proof, your order will move into production and additional changes may not be possible. Habit & Hustle Co. is not responsible for errors that were visible in an approved proof.

Turnaround Time
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production of personalized and custom orders. This timeframe allows for designing, proof approval, printing, assembly, and preparation for shipment.

Highly customized orders may require additional production time.

Please note: Shipping/transit time is separate from the 3–4 week production timeframe.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if Habit & Hustle Co. made an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Color Disclaimer
Please keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different in the finished printed product than they do on your phone, tablet, or computer screen. This can occur due to differences in screen settings, printing, paper, and materials.
